Golden Rule Karate & Fitness Conditioning - Kickboxing Program

Our Conditioning/Kickboxing program is for adults. This program focuses on strength building along with endurance. We spend thirty minutes in the gym doing resistance training and thirty minutes working the heavy bags in the fitness room. This is a fun way to get yourself in shape and stay that way.
