  Golden Rule Karate & Fitness has been teaching and sharing the benefits of Isshinryu karate in Warren County and the surrounding areas for 25 years. Our mission is to tech Isshinryu Karate with the consistency, and standards associated with a traditional Dojo.

  Classes are held at the Oxford Dojo, or off site. The Dojo hosts classes for all ages Monday through Thursday, and Saturday mornings. Off-site classes have instructed for multiple local municipalities and counties. Introduction to karate classes for local schools, senior citizen centers, Scout organizations, and even occupational training can be scheduled. We enjoy teaching karate and fitness and are proud of our record and years of service. 

    Our 24/7 Gym is for adults only. Come in and get a great workout on your schedule.

     In 2022 we brought in an incredible Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor for our adult Jiu-Jitsu program. Professional instruction with an emphasis on proper technique. we also offer Yoga classes and Cardio Kickboxing to round out our program offerings.    With recent health and safety challenges Golden Rule Karate & Fitness has meet these challenges head on. We have processes and procedures in place. Some you can see and others you won't, but they all keep the facility very clean. This will be evident on your first visit. We have constant ventilation on each level. air filtration and ultraviolet light boxes are also in use to clean the air we breath. The facility is cleaned daily including disinfecting all common use surfaces. We also have the free American Isshinryu student survey available for student to participate in. This survey is intended to help student think about their personal hygiene and can be found at the bottom of our programs page.
